Our lab is equiped with a 50 square meter class 1000 clean room with:

  • 2 Mask Aligners
  • Home made laser writer
  • Plasma etch
  • Electrodeposition setup
  • Prime oven

SAMPLE PREPARATION AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERIZATION


We use the facilities of our Physics Departament as follow:

  •  Evaporation and sputtering system
  • Molecular beam epitaxy
  • X-Ray diffractometer
  • Scaning electron microscope
  • Raman spectroscope
  • Atomic force microscope and Magnetic Force Microscope
  • Optical and mechanical perfilometer

SAMPLE ELECTRIC AND MAGNETIC CHARACTERIZATION


In the main lab we have:

  • Closed cycle criostat for magnetoresistance and MOKE measurements down to 10K
  • Criostat for electrical and magnetoresistive measurement down to 2K and 5 tesla
  • Focused MOKE (in progress)
  • Programable Oven
  • Automated Probe Station for electric and magnetoresistive characterization
  • Wire bonder
  • GPU computer cluster for micromagnetic simulations
